Specialists in extraordinary Works of Art

Established during the reign of George III, Baraset House remained the country seat of The Hardings of Baraset for generations.

Since 1997, under the direction of fine & decorative arts expert Emily Davies-Cohen, Baraset House Fine & Decorative Arts Gallery has been sourcing extraordinary works of art, porcelain, furniture and decorative objects from collections around the world. These pieces are chosen for their outstanding provenance as well as for their rarity and fineness, resulting in a collection rich in both historical importance and decorative appeal.

We serve an international clientele of private collectors, corporate collections, interior designers and museums.

Davies-Cohen is a descendant of the original owner of Baraset House near Stratford-upon-Avon (UK), and holds top degrees in the field of Art and Antiques, including a Master of Fine & Decorative Arts with Distinction awarded by Sotheby's London and the University of Manchester, UK. Davies-Cohen has curated major international collections of fine and decorative arts, and has worked with leading auction houses, private collectors and museums across Europe and in North America.
